HOW IT WORKS

 

TFG will finance the new inventory home of your choice from a list of more than 300 local builders’ inventory.  TFG will then “investor purchase” the home at market value and execute a 2 to 4 year lease agreement with you, the resident buyer, and you will make the monthly payment plus a 10% property management fee.  TFG will then help you repair your good credit standing.  When your credit is restored to a positive status, TFG will refinance the home into your name.  At this point, you will join the millions of happy homeowners across the country.  TFG provides a “new beginning” for our clients.

 

WHAT WE ASK IN RETURN

 

Texas financial Group wants to help you purchase the home of your dreams.  In return, TFG asks for your commitment to succeed.  You must be able to financially qualify for the home you choose.  This means your debt to income ratio must be less than 36%.  There is a financial commitment of 3% plus $500.00 in closing costs that is required.  TFG will start a savings account for you after you have chosen your new home.  TFG gives you 60 days to save the funds necessary to close on your new home.  TFG also requires that you commit $500.00 to credit restoration so we may help you own your home in the future.  This financial commitment is still less than a person with good credit will pay to purchase a home.
